How I get into crypto presales and beat exchange KYC
I'm in the US, but I'm able to use KuCoin, MEXC, and more.
If you are in the US or other restricted countries, when it comes to crypto presales or exchanges, I found a great hack.
I'm in the U.S. and have used this hack to pass KYC on MEXC, KuCoin, Kraken, Bybit, and many others. Plus I’ve been able to get into numerous presales that weren’t allowing US citizens.
What is KYC? Why do you want to get around it?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is used by financial institutions to verify your identity by collecting your name, address, and photo ID.
The problem is that strict U.S. regulations often lead platforms to limit or deny services to U.S. residents, prompting many to seek ways to circumvent these restrictions.
So how did I get around these things? I got a Palau ID
Palau, a small island country located in the Pacific Ocean, launched its digital residency program in early 2022.
This allows anyone to get a valid government ID from Palau without having to travel there in person.
The Palau ID is also web3 compatible, meaning it can be represented as an NFT on the Ethereum network.
I received mine about a month or two ago and have since tested it on several platforms.
Now this might sound shady to you, but it’s legit. This is a REAL residency or citizenship, just a digital residency.
The important thing here is that they ship you a physical ID card which you can use to KYC with presales and exchanges.
So how do you get one?
Getting a Palau ID is pretty straightforward.
The first thing you have to do is go to their website and sign up for an account.
Once that’s done you’ll have 2 ways you can get the ID
You can just buy the ID directly. 1 year will cost you $248. You can also buy for 5 years for $1039 or 10 years for $2039.
You can buy a Voyager Pass NFT on OpenSea for roughly $200.
When I purchased my Voyager NFT a few months ago, you could still mint it. However, the public mint is now closed.
The main difference between buying the Palau ID directly or buying the Voyager Pass NFT is that the NFT comes with a few extra benefits like a complimentary 1 year Palau ID, 150 RNS points and a 40% discount on how you use those RNS points.
If you decide to buy the Palau ID directly, you select the period and will then be redirected to a page where you can pay with either a credit card or crypto.
I personally think that buying the Palau ID for one year is best because most crypto exchanges will only require KYC once. If they do require you to complete KYC again in a few years, it will likely be cheaper to just buy a new Palau ID then.
On the other hand, if you buy the Voyager Pass from OpenSea the process is similar but you’ll need to do a few extra steps.
Which exchanges can you use with this?
I have successfully passed KYC with MEXC, KuCoin, ByBit, Bitget, Pionex, BingX, Kraken, and others.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for EVERY exchange. Binance will not let you use a Palau ID (they did for a while, but not anymore).
I have no affiliation with this program, but I wanted to pass it along since it’s been such a great value to me. Only $248 and I was able to get access to some of the exchanges I lost access to like MEXC and KuCoin when they went anti-US.
Of course, the other big benefit here is you can use this to get into early stage crypto presales that won’t allow US citizens (or other restricted countries).
Hopefully, this helps a few of you out!
BTW, in my community, Zzz Money Club, a few of us recently got into an early crypto meme token that did a 50X in just 2 days. A bunch of our members paid for an entire year of their membership in a day with this one.
If you want to see what I’m buying and what plays I’m making, I share all that and way more in Zzz Money Club as soon as it happens. Sign up for a free trial here: https://whop.com/zzz-money-club/
